2023年2月下旬、休日を利用して直島へ旅してきました。安藤忠雄氏による地中美術館や、西沢立衛氏による豊島美術館。行ってみたい美術館や作品が目白押し。久しぶりの旅行！
In late February 2023, I traveled to Naoshima on a holiday. Chichu Art Museum by Tadao Ando and Teshima Art Museum by Ryue Nishizawa. There are many museums and works of art that I would like to visit.

01. 飛行機で移動：羽田空港→高松空港 / By Airplane: Haneda Airport→Takamatsu Airport
昨年の11月頃にANAのセールがありました。そこで旅費を抑えることができそうだったので、思い切って「直島旅」を計画。2名分で往復3万円弱。正規料金の1名分片道位の値段設定でした。
ANA had a sale around November last year. The round-trip price for two persons was less than 30,000 yen, which was about the same as the regular one-way fare for one person.

From the plane window, I could see Umihotaru.
The aqualine intake (wind tower) and Haneda Airport could be seen.
飛行機は何回乗っても、上空から見える景色に興奮します。楽しい。
No matter how many times I fly, I always get excited about the view from the sky. It's fun.

The upper photo is the center of Tokyo. Is that Nissan Stadium below?
機内で旅先のことを検索しているうちに、あっという間に高知県上空。羽田空港から1時間半ほど。
While searching for travel destinations on the plane, we quickly reached the skies over Kochi Prefecture. About an hour and a half had passed from Haneda Airport to here.
瀬戸内の方にはあまり来たことが無いので、テンションが上がります。
I have not been to the Seto Inland Sea very often, so I am very excited.
高松空港に到着。かなり山の中腹にある立地に驚きました。

02. リムジンバスで移動：高知空港→高知駅 / By Airport Limousine Bus: Kochi Airport→Kochi Station
空港に到着してすぐ、リムジンバス乗り場へ向かいます。飛行機の着時間が予定より遅れたので心配でしたが、バスの時刻は飛行機に合わせているようで、乗り遅れることはありませんでした。専用チケットを買わずとも、SuicaやPasmoが利用可能だったのが便利。
As soon as we arrived at the airport, we headed for the limousine bus stop. I was worried because my flight arrived later than scheduled, but the bus time was adjusted to the arrival time of my flight, so I did not miss the bus. It was convenient to be able to use Suica and Pasmo without having to buy special tickets.
バスの前方にはスーツケース入れがあるので、小から中位のサイズの荷物はこちらに置くようです。
There is a small suitcase storage area at the front of the bus.
03. 徒歩で移動：高知駅→フェリー乗り場 / Walking: Kochi Station→Ferry Station
初めて来ました高知駅！笑ってる！高松空港から高松駅まで、リムジンバスで45分程で到着。
First time here, Kochi Station! The station is smiling!It took about 45 minutes from Takamatsu Airport to Takamatsu Station by limousine bus.
瀬戸内海の海水を引き込んで作られた「海水池」。池に配置された石は、この付近で発掘されたもので、江戸時代に護岸や石垣として使われていた石だそうです。
The "seawater pond" was created by drawing in seawater from the Seto Inland Sea. The stones placed in the pond were excavated in the vicinity and were used as a seawall and stone wall during the Edo period.
高松駅すぐ隣にあるサンポート高松。直島にはコンビニが無いらしいので、この建物の中にあるセブンイレブンでオヤツやお酒などを少し、買ってからフェリー乗り場へ向かいます。
Sunport Takamatsu is located right next to Takamatsu Station. I heard that there are not many stores on Naoshima, so I bought some snacks and alcohol at the 7-Eleven in this building.
フェリー乗り場に建てられた作品「Liminal Air -core-」。港を行き交う人の目を楽しませてくれます。
The work "Liminal Air -core-" was erected at the ferry pier. It is a delight to the eyes of people passing through the harbor.
高松駅からフェリー乗り場は、10分程歩く距離でした。
The Ferry stationl was about a 10-minute walk from Takamatsu Station.
待合所でぼんやり待っていると、鮮やかにペイントされた船が着岸しました。イメージより大きい、、、！
The brightly painted boat has arrived at the shore. Bigger than I imagined...!
